Hey friends! Every once in 2 weeks, I share my thoughts on two things:
I summarize some of the best books for business. But, first, I start with a stillshot from my life
and
1 insight
from me from my everyday choices and decision-making.
This is @RAMITMEHRA one of the greatest bass players
and 1 of 4 members of The Local Train (one of the few bands i
follow). They’re such gentle
rockstars
playing gentle rock music.
Amit’s Insight #1
Fixed sleep cyle
I have a smooth next day.
No fixed sleep cycle
- i constantly think of coffee the next day.
- my unchecked sleep then affects my work.
- i don’t feel sharp and capable.
- the feeling of “the day is a mess.

After the whole internet came into existence, 2 things happened:
1. People became more aware of the world and information of the whole world started to become easily available for free.
2. But on contrary, people also began consuming irrelevant information. This led to information overload and dissecting information became harder. This complexity has effected clarity of choice.
Not Interested is my way to control this complexity, and make an informed choice. The 2 words “Not Interested” are my innervoice to analyse and reject unwanted information.
